A Healthy, Steady Start to the Year

Morning Routine: a walk followed by breakfast!
Dear Jam Fam,
As the New Year begins, I’ve been enjoying a slower winter than usual. With less snow on the ground, I’ve been able to take long, cold (but easy) walks outdoors with the dogs, appreciating the quiet and getting a bit of fresh air before heading back inside.
While my kitchen has remained the same—our jam is still made by hand, in small batches, using Hudson Valley fruit and New York maple syrup—January feels like a natural moment for a small reset, starting with your pantry.
