If you are interested in carrying Silda's Jam in your store, we would love to hear from you! We have retail partners in Upstate New York and in the City. Please email our Director of Operations at hello@sildasjam.com with wholesale inquiries and questions. 

Returns & Replacements Policy

Because our jams are food products, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to make it right.

Please contact us at hello@sildasjam.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll gladly send a replacement item at no cost to you.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for taste preferences or normal variations in our handmade products.
