
Dear Jam Fam,
Spring has arrived, and with it that familiar feeling of starting fresh!
We are currently in between batches, which is a natural part of being a small-batch jam business. Each run is made with care, and we are already looking ahead to our next production, which will bring back many of the flavors you have come to love.
In the meantime, our Gingerbread Peach jam is still available online. With peach season just around the corner, it is the perfect moment to lean into all things warm, bright, and a little unexpected.
If you are setting the table this spring, here are a few of my favorite ways to use it this time of year:

Baked brie with Gingerbread Peach, finished with rosemary or toasted nuts
