Tasty, Fun, and Colorful Egg Salad Brunch Idea!
Dyeing eggs is one of our favorite spring and summertime traditions because it brings the whole family together. If you want to dye eggs this year, here’s an easy recipe:
- Mix 1/2 cup boiling water, 1 teaspoon vinegar, and 10-20 drops of food coloring in a cup to achieve desired shade.
- Repeat for each color.
- Dip hard-cooked eggs in dye for about 5 minutes.
- Remove with a spoon.
- Let air dry on the egg crate.
After the eggs have been dyed, and the decorations have been set, it’s time to eat – and our jam is the perfect accompaniment for brunch.
It’s good on toast, scones, waffles – you name it!
Or, if you’re hosting, our jam is also an egg-cellent addition to a charcuterie board!
Have a wonderful brunch!
